Conference participants will first need to register on this website to be able to register for the conference and make online payments.
How It Works
Step 1: Register on the website (first time only).
Register on this website with your email address and a password. If you have not previously registered on this website, please click here to register. On the Registration page that will come up, fill in the details required and submit.
Step 2: Sign in to be able to manage your contact/registration details and make online payments.
Once you are successfully registered, you can now log onto the website using the registered email address and password. To do this, find the sign-in panel on the left, enter your email address and password and click on the sign-in button. If you are successfully logged on, you will find additional tabs titled 'My Registration Details' and 'My Payment Details' appear on the top menu on the page. You will now be able to edit your details and make conference payments online.
Step 3: Verify your Registration details for the Conference.
Click on the 'My Registration Details' tab on the top menu and verify/modify your registration details.
Step 4: Make payments online
Click on the 'My Payment Details' tab. Enter the details required and use the secure payment mechanism available on this page to make your payments online.
The price for all delegates will be US$ 450 for early registration, and US$ 500 for late registration. (Late registrations are payments made after February 21, 2009).
Step 5: Submit Papers.
Paper submissions are invited up to the deadline date of 15 December 2008. Please send your proposals to inqaahe@nvao.net.

Please note that both the online registration and online payment processes have to be complete before you are fully registered for this conference. However you may register on the website first and return to the website at a later time to make your payment.
