The Conference will be held at the Beach Rotana Hotel & Towers, Abu Dhabi. It is a 5-star hotel and conference resort, located in the heart of the capital’s business and shopping district, and is directly linked by an exclusive walkway to the over one million square feet Abu Dhabi Mall. The Hotel is about 30 min from Abu Dhabi International Airport, and about 90 min from Dubai International Airport.
The Hotel has 413 guest rooms (including 55 suites), and has 109 Club Rotana rooms and suites with access to executive lounge facilities.
Conference facilities include 1200-seat Ballroom and up to 9 breakout seminar rooms.

Visa Information
You do not need a Visa if you are:
- A citizen of the GCC. (Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Saudi Arabia).
- A citizen of UK, France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands (Holland), Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Cyprus, Finland, Spain, Monaco, Vatican City, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, Liechtenstein, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan and Brunei.
As per the Immigration Law in the UAE, the above nationalities DO NOT require entry visas. Visas can be obtained upon arrival at Abu Dhabi International airport at no cost.
Immigration Laws are subject to change, please check when making your booking.
Special Entry Permits:
The Local Organizing Committee has decided to process special entry permits (at no cost) for ALL delegates who require a visa to enter the UAE.
Entry permits are valid for one month from the date of issue; hence, they will be processed during the first week of March. Please send your passport copy ASAP (colour & in jpg /pdf format) to reena.krishnan@mohesr.ae, stating in your email request “Name of the applicant’s mother” if this is not mentioned on the passport copy.
Should you require an invitation letter to be issued to facilitate obtaining permission from your respective organizations to attend the conference, please make an email request to us stating your Title, Name, Designation, Organization and Complete Address.
Airport Transport
Abu Dhabi International Airport – Delegates arriving at Abu Dhabi Airport will have a 40 minute journey by road into Abu Dhabi City. The Conference hosts will provide free shuttle buses leaving at approximately hourly intervals from the Arrivals Terminal. These will run continuously over the evening (2pm onwards) of Sunday 29 March and through early morning of 31st March (3.00 am). Personnel will be there at Arrivals with an INQAAHE sign and they will direct you to the transport. If you decide to make your own way to the hotel there are always plenty of taxis and a set charge of 75Dhs (20US$). A municipal bus (number 901) runs from the Arrivals Terminal into the City Terminal (next to the Beach Rotana Hotel) at 45 minute intervals at a cost of 3Dhs. Return transport will also be provided by coach at the end of the Conference.
Dubai International Airport – The road journey of 175km from Dubai to Abu Dhabi takes approximately two hours. A taxi for this journey will cost around 350Dhs.(95US$). There are a number of car rental companies operating in Terminal 1 of the Arrivals building. Most hotels will arrange for Airport Pickup/Drop services if booked by you in advance.
